Q: Can I cancel my order?

An order can only be cancelled if the order status is “Order Placed”.  If the order has a status of "In Processing" or "Shipped", we can not process the cancellation. 

If you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of four things: 

gift it,

donate it, 

recycle it, 

or enjoy it. 

 

🌿Replacement Items

All items are final sale, but if something's not right, please send a pic and let us know. Contact us via email loveincollective@gmail.com ☺︎ 
                     
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Please do not return your item. Why?  Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability..  every return has a carbon footprint.  If possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. 

🌿Shipping

Our fulfillment time average is 2–4 business days + shipping & delivery time on top of that.

Please check your 'spam/junk' email folder if you have not received an 'order placed' email after placing your order. If you find the email in your spam/junk folder, please mark it as "not spam/not junk" as this action can help train future emails to go directly to your 'inbox'. ☺︎

All orders are shipped by Canada Post and delivered anywhere in Canada and most areas of the United States. As soon as your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with its tracking number so you can track your package's journey to you using Canada Post's online tracking tool.

We encourage you to add our email loveincollective@gmail.com to your contacts list, as this will less likely mark your 'order confirmation' emails and 'order shipped' emails as spam/junk.

Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. 

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

Please ensure the package can be received at the shipping address during normal business hours, otherwise it may need to be retrieved at your local post office.

Love-in Collective is not responsible for stolen packages. Shipping claims can not be made for packages marked as delivered.

Love-in Collective is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt. Refusal of packages does not result in a refund as the package will be considered abandoned by the courier. Return shipping rates from refused packages will not be paid by Love-in Collective.

Order Pick Up

Free local pick up is available. This can be chosen at time of checkout.

You will receive a notification email when your order is ready to be picked up. (We usually can fulfill within 24 hours)
